Depends on where you're at and your destination. There is the option of a buses or if you're in the River Market a tram that runs to Crown Center. Outside of that your own transportation or ridesharing would be the best bet (IMO).
I concur - rideshare or your own vehicle is easiest but there are buses and trams in city center
