They have rifle steel at the 100 and 200/300 lines. There isn't a lot of it. Basically just tapered swingers that narrow down to a "v" - if you shoot higher on the steel, it's wider and easier. They do let you being your own steel but you have to let the range office check it. IIRC the steel has to be a minimum of 18" off of the ground.
Yes there is now some steel targets set up at different ranges. The trick is shooting at them when no one else is hitting them. So you can know it was your shot that hit. They sell cardboard target with wood stake legs for I believe 6 dollars. We have been reusing the ones we bought there by adding paper targets to the cardboard. So far has lasted for 6 outings with two guys blasting away at them.
Ricardo feel free to shoot your 8mm at the steel, that's what it's there for.
