I use Enterpise in El Cajon frequently. Today I picked up a car that was very dirty inside. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Have never had an issue with them.... too bad it was for you... especially with the the follow up.

My last rental was dirty, we asked to have it cleaned and the service guy was offended we asked, he grabbed a rag he had near by and tried to clean it a bit, the car was still dirty when we left the lot, we didnt want to make a scene. He was very rude to me and my wife. This was about 4 weeks ago.

I usually use La Mesa closer, but El Cajon is open Saturdays

Did not know Sunday p/u was available. Was it an emergency? That. Could explain the condition of the vehicle. Usually they've given me an option of vehicles in a given class.

Usually they walk thru it with u so can fix or change the problem.
