Received my rental dirty, the customer service rep that was helping us said she'd take it back around for a quick vacuum but once we left with the van we noticed back seats were very dirty, the sliding door had cereal stuck to the track area. I also received the van with very little gas... no big deal on the gas but I feel like there should've been a little more in in tank.. The van itself ran great

I would not hesitate to rent another vehicle from them. Competitive prices and the staff is top notch! They are all about customer service and it shows!
Yes, but you need something with your mailing address on it. But you can call ahead , and take care of that . You call them . Don't take a call from them with info .

I just returned a rental car last week that was rented from a different Enterprise location and no additional charges were added on. Already received my full deposit back. I'm not sure if this varies, though. This was just my experience.

you do not have to wait for it to be open since when you deliver it you have to be sawed and give it your delivery liability, because if you do not charge for the day
Yes u can do that at the elcajon enterprise , not only at the airport , but Sunday they are closing at 12 pm. About the extra charging only if ur two hours late.
