If I could give zero stars I would. My husband had to wait a month to get prescriptions filled. And they ended up filling them incorrectly. Super rude on the phone.

My OBGYN sent a referral in February and I had to wait months to get an appointment in May only to have them call me a week before the appointment and say I can’t be seen until Mid-August because the doctor they scheduled me with won’t be available. For a pregnant woman trying to figure what’s going on this is horrible! I’m due at the end of August so that means I will have a severe lapse in care, I wish there were other places around. These people have terrible communication, the care coordinator who called me was rude and just hung up after telling me a date. I’m willing to drive however far I need to to avoid these people with terrible communication and bad attitudes, please consider asking your doctor for a referral elsewhere.

Very nice and very helpful. Dont know why do many bad reviews. All the staff and Dr's I meet are the nicest people. Other places, Dr's didn't want me on the insulin pump. Here they wasted no time in getting me on it. Love everyone here.

I'm a Masters level Mental Health Professional. My observation of Dr. Bailey is that he gets off on being a condescending A hole, probably to women only. My appointment was terrible. He didn't miss an opportunity to be patronizing, rude, sarcastic and a p****. I couldn't wait to get out of there. It has been a very long time since I have cried after a doctor appt. Avoid this office unless you like to be treated like you know nothing about your own health and body. He didn't listen. He didn't answer my questions. He didn't care. He only wanted to be a d***. I am a cancer survivor and I cannot imagine how he treats others who don't have as serious of health concerns. There are too many examples to cite of his rudeness, just please avoid.
