Rude, unorganized, not clean, re used used gloves laying on counter, didn't check what my referral was for, all were talking only about going to lunch, no communication and felt like a yoyo going from exam rooms to waiting area back and forth. Bad bad and bad!!!!!

I saw Dr Volk for the first time and he was great! They got me in right away, they were practicing very safe Covid-19 rules. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Definitely will see him again.

I JUST got a bill from a year and a half ago for a copay that I know was payed at the time of the visit. Since the biller, Stephanie, couldn't see it in her clearly flawed "system", she refused to write it off (only $10 by the way). How convenient that they would send it out a year and a half after the date of service so I would not still have a receipt for the $10 that we likely paid in cash. The money doesn't bother me, it's 10 bucks! What bothers me is the lack of customer service and the fact that it is just WRONG! If they did this to 100 people, they would make $1000, just by sending out false copay bills! Can someone say SCANDALOUS? At the bottom of the bill it says "Thank you for your confidence and trust." It' absolutely LAUGHABLE! I don't think a "trustWORTHY" company would need to insert that next to the amount you supposedly owe them. So, so sad for them. Obviously, they CAN'T be trusted, and they are NOT about serving their patients. They are about the almighty dollar! So good luck if you DO choose to put your valuable "confidence and trust" in them. I wouldn't risk it.

Questions & Answers

My eye surgeries are completed and I have new glasses. Do I need to continue taking Combigan? Or, Latanoprost? If so, how often and in one or both eyes? Thank you, Robert Blakely

I would suggest calling North County Eye Center and leaving a message for Doctor or nurse to call you.

Do they take medical there?
