I drove down to the repair facility in El Cajon after filling out a service request. I have two fox 2.0 shocks that needed to be rebuilt. I arrived on Wednesday, Nov 25th shortly after they had closed (4:15) due to some traffic problems. After knocking on the door (because they were closed because it was past business hours) I was greeted by a gentleman ( I believe his name is Fernando) and was happy to hear that he could accept my shocks for a rebuild project. Over the next couple of days I was contacted by Brandon, one of the Service Advisors, and he thoroughly explained the rebuild process and service quote. I was told it would take about 2-3 weeks because of how busy it is this time of year. They finished rebuilding both of my shocks in about a week. I drove down to pick them up and everything turned out great. I have had an amazing experience from start to finish and I commend both of these gentlemen for their exceptional service. I will gladly visit them again if I am ever in need of service. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!

Don’t ask for tech Jeff, unless, zero help and adamant a professional was unable to do the job correctly vs the possibility I was given the wrong part and that’s why the part doesn’t fit (:

RFVC 600 (RFVC600)

An order that is supposed to take 6 weeks will take 6 months and then some more waiting after that. Customer service is rude and will hang up on you. I reccomend King suspension for your racing needs. UPDATE: it has been 8 months, EIGHT MONTHS! And I still haven't gotten my product I paid $1700 for. UPDATE: finally got them. Just a butt hair under 9 months. I will never purchase another FOX product again!!
