Great service AAA,phone service terrible towing great

My vehicle needed a tow because of a dead alternator on 1/2/2022. I used AAA for the tow and they sent C&D towing. My drivers name was Animar. When the driver showed up he tried to pick my car up by the back tires and dropped it, popping my rear driver side tire. He continued to hook up the car and tow it back to my house on its drive tires (VERY unprofessional). When we returned to my residence he tried to say that the tire was already popped when he got there, which it was not. He ended up replacing the tire after me hassling him for 20 minutes. I inspected my car for other damage later that evening and I found that he had bent a part of my rear suspension. I have been trying to contact the company for 6+ months now to get my car fixed and I have been blatantly ignored. After 2 months of phone calls, they finally sent a manager (David) to look at my car and he said he would order the parts to repair it. He has since ignored all my phone calls and text messages. THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never be using their services again and highly recommend you don’t either.

The dispatchers on June 5th (female) and June 6th (male) had zero remorse for customers that were stranded and and need of help. I needed a tow and this company acted like they had zero availability because I’m 75 miles too far for their taste! They are contracted through AAA but they pick and choose who they want to help. The female dispatcher DID NOT even bother returning my call to let me know that they have cancelled on us that night. We’ve waited for almost 4 hours and realized that this company along with AAA decided to just walk away, and left us high and dry. I’ve served honorably for 20 years in the Marine Corps and trust me when I tell you that these guys are bad business. It’s not all about profit! It’s about helping who’s in need. You guys have zero integrity and very unprofessional.

The driver (Philip) was so nice and helpful. He offered repair shops that I could call and suggested the problem could have been with my theft system, the truck is back on the road again. Thank you C and D towing.
