You CAN & MAY take in water -- in sealed/unopened bottles, per their website.
Yes you can, you can't take in water, that allows them to sell 2 bottles for $9. You have to buy tokens at $9 each. Beer, wine or mixed drinks, ame for each $9. I will never go back at those prices.
