The responded quickly but my AC unit was frozen over so they where unable to do anything at that time. Their guess was it might be leaking Freon so they will come back later in the day but I will probably want to replace the unite at some point. Before coming back they said they will charge me $150 for labor rather than the $79 for the diagnostic fee they originally said they would pay. They never came back out so the dropped the price to $121.

My forced-air electric furnace was making funny noises. I made an appointment and they were prompt. Technician diagnosed problem and repaired it within 1hour. Not cheap, but work well done.

We asked for an estimate. The staff that show up was very nice, indeed. After a month or so no estimate was produced. Nobody called either. N ok explanation for the delay, no nothing, as if we did not exist. From the customer service point if view, this is very disapointing!

Had a plugged condensation drain and about 5 gallons of water had accumulated in one of the ducts. Water was dripping from the air vent. Grassi responded very quickly and Chris worked very efficiently to resolve the problem. My only complaint is that I was charged $223.00 for 1.5 hours of work when no parts were necessary. That seems excessive to me.

Better air filtration is the first step in improving indoor air quality. In addition, regularly changing the filters allow your air condition and furnace to stay cleaner and operate more efficiently. Our pleated, MERV-rated filters are made using Kimberly-Clark cotton-poly blended media and are tested according to ASHRAE standards. Our air conditioning filters and furnace filters are made with heavy-duty beverage board frames to prevent airflow bypass.
This depends greatly on the type of filter that you use. Most one inch pleated filters should be changed approximately every 90 days. Larger pleated filters can last as much as 9 months to a year. It also depends on many environmental factors such as number of occupants, pets, carpeting and general activity.
To determine the size of air filter you need, simply remove the old filter and look at the sides of the filter. A label should be affixed that indicates the approximate size of the filter. If you are unable to find the size of your filter, you can call us with your model number and our filter expert would be happy to help you. When you replace your filter, it is a good idea to write the date of replacement on the side of the filter so that you can easily assess the time for a change.
The MERV rating of a filter refers to the Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value. This standard rates how effective the filter is. The higher the MERV rating, the finer the filtration is, which means more airborne contaminant and dust particles are filtered out of the air.
