The staff are absolute saints for putting up with this horrible store and the company's REFUSAL to keep the store at a habitable temperature. You would think Verizon or Victra or whoever owns this business would care about their customers, but instead they would rather their customers almost pass out from just waiting to get their phones looked at. Someone should call the labor board. Disgusting.
