I have taken my cats and dogs to Carter Animal Hospital. It's true they are sometimes very busy, but I have scheduled technician appointments when doctors are booked. It can less expensive to have them do the blood work first while waiting for appointments. A doctor will give a call back with results. Then can cancel appointments if blood work is fine.
They're very good but super busy! I was made to wait for a week or pay emergency fee. My cat hadn't eaten in 4 days. By the time they saw her, it had been 9 days total. Never have gone back. Went to Banning instead. More reasonable and got her in right away. Great service!!
They are more reasonable than many vets. I'm not sure if they are accepting new patients though. You should give them a call to verify. Dr Reedy is very good and caring.
