2014 was my last drivers license that expired. I just need to renew. But to I need to take written test?
As long as you make an appointment, once you're speaking with an employee at a desk, I think you can ask them to do anything you need to get done while you're there, as long as you have whatever required documents you need in order to do it, beforehand! Just go to DMV website, they have TONS of information about everything you need to know!

During covid no appointments are being made. However, they will make you take a written exam if it is expired more than 1 year.
