My husband just left the restaurant located on laburnum and meadow bridge, only to get home to find that one of the burgers on the double quarter pounder was burnt; hidden by the cheese. Needless to say the sandwich was nasty and uneatable. o disapp

The main issue I've noticed lately is the horrible service you receive "after hours." Unfortunately, if it's late night, there's about a 99% chance you will wait a VERY VERY long time JUST to place your order. And then, because of the fact they're never fully staffed, you have to wait until all vehicles in front of you have completely cleared out of the line before you're even greeted! Now, I will give those poor workers some credit, they're usually very sweet and do the best they can with the poor staffing they're forced to work with. Bottom line, it's the management's fault and they're showing us that they're not concerned at all about the happiness of either the employees or the customers by continuing to refuse to fully staff the restaurant during the late night hours. It's been like this for YEARS!
