Seems like this restaurant has never fully recovered since the fire. Prepare to be patient and double check your order before you go. Always be courteous to the fast food workers they don't get paid enough and there's not enough staff. Hit or miss at this location, usually try to go further up Brook road if I really want Wendy's.

What a $#!t show. Decided to go in. First mistake. Nobody was working the front. After 5 minutes somebody from the drive thru finally came out and said I'm sorry hes in the bathroom. 1st of all, did not need to know that. 2nd of all, I'm not waiting for someone who is quite clearly taking a dump as I don't want them touching my food. Left the restaurant to hit the drive thru. Took a very long time. When we placed in the order we asked them to ring them up as separate orders. They did not. While we were waiting in the drive-through we saw several other people leave. The 2 people working the drive-through were good but they clearly need more help

Ever since this Wendy's reopened from their fire, they have had the worst service ever. The young guys that work there always seem mad at their job & never seem to get the orders right. And when you approach them about it, there's always an attitude. Getting my food tossed out of a drive thru window is ridculous. I've tried reaching out to management, but can't seem to get anyone to fix their problem. They need a whole new staff. They are lucky I gave them 1 star because they deserve none.

I have never heard of a burger establishment running out of hamburgers! Then i attempted to order baconator fries but they were out of cheese, I finally settled of plain fries, ok fine but then I was getting an attitude of "omg shes making me do work" from all the employees, I was inside the location while I wat hed employees on and off the clock (i would assume they were employees) go from the dining room to the kitchen multiple times, with and without food, while I was still waiting for an order of Med. Fries to be put in the holder and in a bag, I thought that I was waiting for fresh fries, but was I wrong. Finally 10-20 minutes later, I watched and heard the employee make my order, walk away from me with my order, give it to another employee with instructions of "give this to her i just cant deal with her"... That statement was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful especially considering I didn't say anything to them while I was (a) ignored by the entire staff and (b) politely waiting for my order, I wasn't offered a discount, any form of compensation, or even an apology for that entire fiasco.
