Richmond Arbys are another level. This isn’t what we grew up with. Great food! Can be a little slower at times but I know people are always in need of workers. .. should say.. it’s WAY BETTER than what we grew up with. If you haven’t been in a while you are missing out :)

Due to staff shortage, the lobby was closed to customers wanting to dine in. Drive through line was super long. Not good.

Went through drive thru wrong food in bag just called to tell them they did not give me what I ordered or paid for and requested a refund. I was told I would have to drive back to the store if I wanted a refund. NEVER AGAIN will I give them. my business!!!
