Came into this location and customer who seemed to have a language barrier was being berated by an employee about not receiving the correct order. Employee then coldly said I needed to use the kiosk if I wanted to order. Based on that, decided to eat somewhere else and had a good experience elsewhere with good customer service.

Food was good. The ordering kiosk is a little tricky but that isn't the individual store's fault. Bathroom was clean. Short wait for the food. Overall a good experience.

Tierra Street

The customer service was great. There was a young man there who was very helpful. However my food was cold and nasty. My fish filet was so cold the cheese never melted. The fries tasted old. The worst McDonald's food I ever had.
