High turnover rates, poor employees, terrible customer service, weak management. These are reasons this McDonalds is the worst one in all of Richmond.
Everything is true I went to have something replaced and the order was worse then the first time.

That's, by far, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've stopped going through the drive through because they get the order wrong EVERY time. They get it wrong when you go in too, but its not as inconvenient to get it fixed if youre already inside.
Not an excuse, but have you seen the lousy attitude of people that frequent retail locations these days? Pushy. Entitled. Arrogant. It is a wonder that staff stays in these jobs more than a week.
