The worst customer service! I saw most of the reviews were bad before ordering but I still did ... that was a very bad mistake, i will never order from here again

This is the Worst McDonald's that I have ever been to, from customer service to staff it's all trash. They be having an attitude from you pull up to order in the drive thru like they trying to discribe who they are by they tone of voice and demeanor. When you remodel this place remodel your staff too, I may never do a next update because I am not spending my money at this location anymore.

I literally hate this McDonald's! Went to get a LARGE mango pineapple smoothie just for the lady worker to make a strawberry banana smoothie. So then I tell her that was not the correct kind I ordered. She then proceeds to dump that one out & use the exact same cup to come back with a half way filled smoothie & an attitude! I didn't have time to say anything because I was late to work, but this is unacceptable!

I’ve been coming here for breakfast for the past 4 years and seriously never have a complaint. They have the sweetest people ever working here! They always provide excellent customer service and are always in a good mood.
