No. Green Valley Lake has a private lake which the public may use. It's within walking distance of the campground. There is fishing, boat rentals and a swimming beach available. From the campground, you can hike the dirt road back into the forest where there is a stream. It's size depends on the time of year you visit it. The lake also has an overflow at one end that generates a waterfall in the spring.
There are a few near a very small stream. There located to the right of the main road, all the way in back where the campground road loops around.
