We do have gluten-free options! When you order, make sure to tell your cashier you need your order to be gluten-free, so they can help with substitutions. We don't currently have any gluten-free buns, but you can get any item served lettuce-wrap style.
It seems like they don't have any gluten free options but the staff are very friendly and would likely speciallize and order for you.
