After two years, I can say it’s was an okay experience. The hours of operation were better but still reasonable. The phone and office support were good. The mandatory insurance was okay from a fee perspective since I didn’t claim anything. The other tenants were always friendly. The facility itself needs a few items addressed: 1. Pull rope for the bay door has failed 2. The cart(s) need immediate attention as the wobble and unreasonably loudness of the wheel is bothersome The facility did install hallway lights and fire detection system. One, at least, camera was also installed. Not hot or too cold in their season.

Process was very quick and smooth. All aspects of rules and regulations were explained thoroughly. Customer Service was superb. I'm glad I trusted my valuables to StorQuest as I know that they will be safe.

Your attendant was excellent . Mauricio is a great employee, very helpful, excellent customer service and amazing attitude. He was very helpful during what was a difficult move for us. As far as minus one star. The unit should be accessible after 5, most people work and need to be able to get to their storage units until at least 9 PM it caused us pressure with time, when moving is already stressful . This would be very appreciated if you can consider getting a code so customers can come and go to their storage units after six. We’ve been a customer of your facility for 20 years, and seem to remember having more extended hours in the past. And we were under the impression that it was 24 hour access now it could be the way it was advertised until you read the fine print. We would love for you to consider a way to exstensions hours for people who need access after 6 pm. I think it would be of great help to many people. Thank you!

Found a perfect storage for my needs. Was helped by Melissa, very nice lady. They had a discount on a medium size storage that was exactly in my budget. Update: Kept my storage for 4 months everything went well, my things are impeccable and Victor and Mauricio even helped me put some boxes in my car. Really nice and helpful staff. I recommend
