This is genuinely one of the best GoodWill locations I’ve been to, if you’re searching for video games on a budget and older consoles that is. Xbox 360s, PS3s, and Wiis show up rather commonly and are usually in good condition. Controllers of all kinds show up as well but often don’t end up behind the glass case to the side of the check out area. Instead, they can be found in the back of the store on the wall with other electronics such as printers and speakers. Usually games will end up inside the glass case alone with consoles rather then being with the movies in the back right corner of the store. These are typically Wii, Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS2, PS3, and PS4 games. PC CD games show up as well from time to time, but not as frequently as the other games. DS games and DS lites are usually jammed underneath other consoles and components, so keep a sharp eye out and ask an employee for help if you need to get something. The only reason this store isn’t a 5/5 is the absolutely arbitrary pricing. I’ve seen Wiis go for around $20, and I’ve seen them go for $40 a week later. There’s also the issue of people taking discs out of DVD cases and just leaving the empty ones there, but there’s really nothing the employees can do about that except put box sets and Blu-rays in the glass case with the games and other valuables. (I will edit this review upon my next visit to this store and include some real life examples of what can be found.)

Whoever is pricing these items in the back need to get a clue and make their items affordable. They are way overpricing mediocre items hoping that one clueless shopper will buy it. Shop elsewhere and support other TRUE thrift stores.

$8 movie discs. Come on... If I wanted to spend this much on a movie I'd go to Best Buy down the street. Blu-rays came out in 2006... 15 YEARS AGO. Ridiculous prices for other items as well. Management needs to get in touch with reality.

I don't recommend going to this location unless you like to get overcharged. I used to like this Goodwill especially since it's close to my house. I haven't been here for probably two years but the staff has changed since I last shopped here. I came in today to browse around and saw a funko pop figure still in the box labeled $2.99 so I thought I was getting a great deal, especially since they can retail for $10.99- $14.99. When I get to the register, the cashier tells me its $5.99 and immediately charges me for it. Then when I tell him I want him to honor the other price he says he cannot because he already rang me up so its final sale. Then he tries to adjust the price after the fact, says "the system won't let him do it." I worked retail for 6 years and I can tell you that there is always a way around something. He could have called the manager for an override or voided the transaction and rang it up again. There could have been a way to adjust the price but this employee just did not want to honor the lowest price. Just bad customer service - it's not my fault they label their products incorrectly. Why do I have to pay a higher price for their screwups? Just bad customer service. Will not be returning to this location.
