When does the new hospital tower open and being such a wonderful building with views of the ocean is there an observation deck where the community could enjoy the same views as you say that we are as part of the hospital as you are

You can also go to the top floor of the parking garage (5th Floor). It's a little windy up there, but there are spectacular views to the hills and ocean (including the Channel Islands). 🌊🏖️⛱️

No observation deck... unfortunately,but Brent Street Cafe located at the hospital provides some views. It opens tomorrow Dec 16th. Come check it out!
