YES! As far as i know. They have had days off due to the fire & smoke. We keep VMS in our Hearts & Prayers as for All our friends and family's live in the areas.
Hi Tammara, We are in the process of developing an app, but I'm thinking you might be talking about Mission Church since you referred to the location being near the police station. They are in the building that used to be Ventura Athletic Club/Mavericks. We are located on the corner of High Point and Foothill.
Ventura Missionary Church helps the homeless in a number of ways. Some examples include volunteering at Family to Family on the fourth Monday of each month to feed the homeless a hot lunch. We also support a ministry called Project Understanding in a variety of ways including bringing food donations for those in need.This month we are collecting non-perishable pasta sauce.
Hi Nina, I am so sorry. We don't have any specific ministries for children with special needs. We love kids at Ventura Missionary, though, and if you as a parent feel that you would like to try our KidZone or Student Ministry opportunities, we could connect you with the leaders in those departments to explore ways to engage your wonderful kids.
