If you have a small dog and it's during their slow times, then maybe out in the patio. Otherwise, I would leave your dog at home. Ask the restaurant first though.

No it's not! There Are Always, way to many people that go there, and the waitress are hustling, to accommodate the patrons. Not a good idea at all to bring your dog.
