Great customer service. Although they have a limited selection of the foreign language books, it is very easy to order it online and the books will be delivered direct to store.

My daughter's favorite place next to Disneyland, just wish they had more Hardcover Books to complete the experience. Kind of a let down with amount of paperbacks especially for young adult reading. When they can order of of Amazon Hardcover but not the same to pick out your own Hardcover.

One of the best bookstores, two floors with an in-house Starbucks cafe. Offers plenty of reading space with separate sections for kids, teenagers, business, travel and more books. Has clean restrooms on the first level. On Weekends there are kid reading sessions which are a hit with the kids. The staff is super friendly. The annual membershop is $25 bit so worth it.

Even prior covid-19, We kept our distance, when I so someone coughing or have a red nose and so on anyone anywhere I kept my distance as much as possible, and worn my wife to keep her distance.

As she said it's in calabasas. The one in Woodland Hills closed in 2010.
