The restrictions are necessary, of course, this summer 2022, but even though I take my wash to the laundry mat, don't shower everyday, fill buckets of wash water to water plants, and use the sprinklers once a week, AND WE HAVE NO GRASS.....trees we planted twenty years ago offer important shade, and all the rest is dying. It seems this is not enough. In the valley its hotter and they are allowed to water three times a week, no one is having any issues with the DWP this summer. Sadly, this water district is not able to serve the community as well as other water districts.

Will not drink this water. I’m concerned to even shower in it. I purchased a water system that Tests this water and it is very concerning. Fluoride needs to be removed from all water. Look it up and see why.. Lived here for 34 years and hoping the district will do better.

Have been in LVWD for years and they are truly one of the best utility providers I have worked with both as a residential consumer and as a builder. Everybody from the planning department to the field technicians are polite and helpful. Our rates are a fraction of those serviced by district 29 and we have far fewer breaks in the main lines and disruption to service. Thank you LVWD, keep doing what you do!
