Sign says NO Pets but service animals are welcome, adding the sign to photos. That being said I see leashed dogs ever time I come.

No pets, just horses
Dogs are forbidden. Horses are the only animals allowed. There are signs posted all over.
No pets allowed period. It's a wildlife reserve not a park, a dog was eaten by a gator the other day.
Signs say/said no dogs but I have seen dogs there. Horses are allowed and that may be the problem with dogs, some could spook the horses.
