Google reviews for express. You will run from them. Terrible. My order hasnt even shipped and I'm told I cant stop order or receive a refund. When I do get one it will take 15 days to refund but only after I get it... Look at the reviews. Its shocking. Express doesnt care, and it customer service is a joke. I payed for next day shipping because online, no store locally had what I needed for a wedding. a week later half of a suit shipped from my local store....the other half may or may not get here next week!!!....after the wedding. My recourse? nothing at all. RUN AWAY!

Bought blazers and pants that were too small for my brother, tried to return the same day but they refused to take it from me! Clothes are still new with tags on and everything. Very bad experience, waste my money. Never again!

The employees are pieces of you know what. They tried signing me up with a credit card when I said I did not want to. You can literally spend 500$ like I did and the manager will not let u return 1 item for an equal exchange. Makes no sense but hey I'll just go to pacsun and Zara
