Food was good ,portions were large. The service was good. My friend had the tuna Panini. Large portion but was okay. I had the egg white omelette. Large and flavorful. I will go again!

I always return to Macys because they have great quality products and often have sales on the higher price items. It’s my favorite store in the mall!

I don't have an issue with his branch, but just the whole cooperation in general. I would just like to say I am loyal customer, that genuinely loves to shop on/at Macy's regularly. However, the recent treatment that I have gotten had mad me rethink how I view the store. I had purchased a handbag online for roughly $250 (which is the marked down price) in late April. I was on their website and saw the same bag being discounted further to $205, and I called for a price adjustment. To save myself time and gas of having to purchase the same bag twice, and returning it to get the better deal. The first customer service representative I spoke to said the bag that I was looking at was not on sale, and to just buy it again and return the one I have to get the better deal. Even though it was a bit of a hassle, I decided to do that, because there was only so much she can do on her end. But when I went to buy it, it was sold out; understandable. So I called back two more times. The second CSR was rude saying, "I can't help you" and hung up on me. Then the third person said only the colors "pink" and "whiskey" were marked down. I took a screenshot on my phone knowing I would have to email Macy's customer service. Which I did within the 10 day price adjustment period. Providing them with all the necessary information, including the screenshot (which showed a photo of the handbag which Macy's advertised for a lower price, and three colors that were on sale) and they still refused to uphold their own price adjustment policy. Macy's I have a question for you: why do you advertise something marked down and offering a price adjustment policy when you are not going to do it? Side Note: Why do you hire rude and condescending people to work in customer service, that like to talk down to your customers and hang up on them?

This macys location in Wellington has a large linens section and now they have some furniture. A bit more than other locations who also have a few pieces. They have a clearance section with some random good finds. Be careful they don’t allow returns on items marked final act or so I was told today by salesgirl and they sometimes are damaged items and sometimes they ring them up more expensive than the current sale on a new item. They bring item back to overpriced original price and then take 50 off on a damaged boxed item. (Even though according to the sign it should be 60-75 off). New item sale 40 plus 20 percent off. Savings might only be $1 and item is not returnable. Check your prices carefully if you shop clearance.
