This park is gorgeous. It is clean, well kept and provides beautiful views of nature. There is a nice, 3 mile horse trail around the perimeter and a walking path. The walking path is smooth and there are different routes to take. There are also bathrooms throughout the park. The lookout tower is the best finish to the walk on the path! You can also ride bikes here. Unfortunately there are no pets, skateboarding or rollerblading allowed.

Questions & Answers

Are bicycles allowed here?

Yes. It's recommended. There's two surface paths. One is a blacktop paved path leading to the boardwalk & tower (main path). The other is the outer perimeter path (dirt, sand, horsetrail). This path allows you to see more wildlife, the castle house, and water areas.

Are dogs allowed on the walking path?
