Two things must be in balance for a restaurant to survive the food and the service. One can not work on it's own, you need both to make it work at all times.
I agree to a point. They Need, to have a designated hostess, at all times and must start a plan to improve their services. They do work hard and mainly just get overwhelmed though. Also, the restaurant is sooo popular it is hard to keep up in such a cozy place. Overall, I like the place. The space and services could Always use improving, but their food is tasty and delicious.
