You are the same person who posted stuff before and you seem terrible. I am sure you are avoided everywhere you go if at all possible...
I've eaten at GraPow for YEARS and never had the issues you described. They are an amazingly authentic establishment with FANTASTIC food and a team of staff that have been working for them since the beginning. Due to these facts, the restaurant gets VERY busy and sometimes you have to wait a minute or two for help. That's just common sense. What you're describing sounds a lot like the negative review you posted last month so I'd encourage you to actually take your concerns to the owner who is usually available. When I ate there last month he came out to shake hands with the patrons, like he usually does. He's a friendly man. It's easy to leave a negative review on a website and never give a business the opportunity to meet your expectations as a customer but perhaps it's time to actually address this instead of leaving a negative review every month when clearly you've not taken your concerns to someone who can adequately address them.
I'd call the restaurant during the week, early in the day to ask that question. I have no idea.
