Went in to get patches on two uniform shirts. After checking in, I was directed to the back where I was told I would be helped. As I approached, I saw two employees, one on the phone and the other working on a uniform, at the work station. After standing in front of them for 5 mins waiting to at least be acknowledged, I asked if I was in the right place to get patches put on my shirts. I was asked if I checked in and was told to have a seat and wait for my turn when I replied yes. Approx 15 mins passed as they helped two other customers. After those two customers left, i waited another 10 mins and they continue to ignore me. That was it for me, I ended up leaving and was taken care of by another uniform shop, in under 5 mins, located in Ontario. Been to Galls in Los Angeles many times and they have great employees. Riverside Galls be better.

This place has terrible customer service, I called and they answered I would hear them in the background talking to each other and they would put me on hold how rude is that. Also I had to cancel my order with them because It had been a month and I still didn’t received my jacket because they had a “fire academy” a jacket should not take a month when you guys tell me 12 Business days.

Do you want to work with a company that can't manage simple things like out-of-office email replies or call backs? Do you want to be told to wait an hour or more in a line just to hand a piece of paper with your measurements on it to a person and be told the order will take a few weeks? This is your hole. The individuals working there are nice, but I'm not there to shop for smiles. Companies like this make it glaringly obvious that they're largely contract-funded, as opposed to having to compete and perform for their business. Hopefully some of those contract renewals are up soon. I'm sure there's alternatives eager to perform for their money.

If you need a uniform or any decals done go here! Came in 30 minutes to closing the gentleman working instantly took my shirt back and had it done in less than 5 minutes. I anticipated some form of charge but He gave it to me free of charge. Definitely will use them for future uniform needs:
