I know people staying in econo lodge for 15 days straight. Unless there is any issues with the room rent being paid on time. Staying there for 30 days straight should not be an issue with anyone. Check with the front dedk.
By Norfolk code (with any hotel), you can stay up to a month. You might have to petition if you need to stay longer (ask the front desk if they can help you). If not, you need to check out for at least 60 days before checking back again.
