My first room 107 had dirty pillow cases and sheets, smelled like mold/mildew, had a broken ac covering inside and outside, and the shower did not work bc the handle turned over and over but no water came out. I was moved to room 231 that had dirty/stained towels, a missing ac face inside that was black and crusted were the air comes out, and BOTH mattresses had stains 1 on the right had a yellow ring that looked of urine and the mattress on the left had a large brown stain which I can assume is feces. There is also an overnight attendant, an older lady with glasses and a walker, who was completely rude, confrontational and defensive about me asking for help , trying to explain the problems I was having with the new room and stated to me in a very rude and accusing tone “ I’ve never had any complaints on that side of the building” essentially calling me a liar even though I showed her the photos I took of room 231 to show the issues. When I checked in to room 107 and had to be moved I was then charged for room 231. I spent over 150$ for a one night stay and now have 2 room charges which is also a huge problem first because of the price and second being the rude overnight older lady charged me again when I was moved. My husband and I didn’t even stay one night as we checked out around 2 am and drove home. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel.

My husband and I and Platinum Choice members and stay at the choice hotels frequently. We deliver door dash so we don't end our nights sometimes until 3-4 in the morning. As Platinum members were allotted late checkouts even though we tend not to use them. However at 11:30 the head housekeeper remotely turned on a fire alarm in the room that had been undisturbed all night in a smoking room with 2 smokers and refused us the ability to close the door to get dressed so we could leave. The front desk is amazing but the housekeepers carry an attitude and DO NOT treat guests with respect. Lesson learned, don't over sleep at Econo Lodge, they don't care what your status of the company program is.

I tryed to book a room with the woman on the phone. And because I have a Service Dog she told me to go somewhere else. I tryed to let her know that Service Dog can go anywhere and she still did not let me book a room. And also she refused to give me her name or Manager name.

Worse ever! Do not book this place! I wanted my refund! they refused! Stinks, blood stains, mold, cigarettes smell! All druggies in this hotel! Do not do it! Cleaning ladies said hotel management keep giving them used and smelling blankets, pillows and sheets!
