If it is an electronic title and electronic lien release, you can apply through www.gorenew.com or make an appointment through www.OsceolaTaxCollector.org for the titled owner to come into one of our offices for a title print.
I think you can get it online. But I don't know for sure. I would just go there. Please do yourself a favor and make an appointment. Otherwise you could wait for hours!!!
