My father went in for rehabilitation. They did no rehabilitation AT ALL. He was bed bound but with work could walk again as he was before covid began and therapist stopped coming to our home. After months at this facility he ended up in the hospital having emergency surgery with Dr stating, "this is not a problem that occurred overnight, this took some time and neglect. Also had a large bed sore on his backside that was untreated" after surgery he had a stroke and ended up on a ventilator for 2 weeks where Drs said he had 1-2 days to live with minimal to no brain activity and was placed on hospice. By the grace of the Almighty God, within 10 days at hospice he was speaking, moving, complaining, etc. Now almost a year later he is still on hospice at home with us. At times confused. And the bedsore is worse because of the neglect by the time he came home (less than a month) after leaving The Terrace, his bedsore was necrotic and just a hole once the skin fell off. The nurses may be nice but multiple someones' OBVIOUSLY doesn't do their job. They will be contacted by my attorney and other agencies about their neglect. It's sad for the good nurses and aides, but unfortunately too many elderly are being mistreated and it's not right. I pray that one day they are not one of those mistreated patients, NO ONE deserves that.

This past weekend was a horrible one. My grandmother was in this facility so that we would be able to attend my brothers graduation. We were confident that my grandmother would be met with the best care but to our surprise she was neglected and mistreated. We showed up to find my grandmother delirious and covered in feces. We were mortified and heartbroken. No one had checked on her for hours. When we asked to speak to the staff nurse we were met with nonchalant responses and a cold demeanor. It’s sad that people who work in health care with the sick, vulnerable, and elderly have so much hatred in their hearts. We had to have my grandmother rushed to the hospital before we could have her released back into our care. It’s was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. My lawyers will be in touch with this place shortly!

This place is one of the worst facilities that I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. My grandmother was maltreated and neglected to lengths that I don’t even feel comfortable disclosing. It’s sad that people who are supposed to be caring for the vulnerable are taking advantage of them and treating them horribly. I will be escalating the issue I had this past weekend and hope to have charges brought against those involved in the mistreatment of my grandmother.

This place dont even deserve 1 star. My mom was here because she broke her ankle. They never sent her for a reevaluation on her ankle. 8 weeks go by and I ask them for a up date of her status. They said she still non weight bearing. I tell the to order an ex Ray to find out what's going on with her and up grade her status. No reason she should still be non weight bearing after 8 weeks. Food sucks and so does the weekend staff . The upper management doesn't return phone calls.
