What a wonderful experience at Valencia! And a huge shout our to Patrick our sales person. He was a pleasure to work with, extremely kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole process actually fun. After going to several other dealers and either not having the car I wanted or having the car and marking up the price a ridiculous amount, finding Hello Subaru of Valencia was a relief. They had great inventory, and sold me the car at MSRP - no markups no forced extras. It was wonderful. 10/10 would recommended buying your new Subaru from here, I definitely will be looking here first for any future cars.

I want to first off state that I do not normally write reviews. I made an exception to write this review because the two workers that helped us were incredible! Over the last week we purchased a 2018 Mazda CX-9 from Henry and Clay. These two people were so helpful and so honest they honored the deal they said they would. There were no tricks or additional fees like you would normally experience at other dealerships. We live an hour and a half away from their dealership and these two salesmen filmed in depth videos of the car so we could decide on whether or not we wanted the car. These videos were so helpful and Henry and Clay are so knowledgeable about cars. Henry even took the top of the engine cover off so we could hear the engine better in the video. Henry and Clay need to be in commercials, their videos are that good! Once we decided we wanted the car, Clay drove the car an hour and a half and delivered the vehicle to us directly for a seamless purchase. If that’s not amazing service I don’t know what is! Once we received the car we inspected it and found that it was in pristine condition, especially for a used car. If you need a new car, come to this dealership and ask for Clay and Henry, you won’t be disappointed with the quality of service they provide! Two great guys that are honest salesmen, something that is very difficult to find anywhere. Thanks again for the new car, you’re both amazing!

One of the most Great service experiences we had . start with Jonas and Victoria and then Freddie that was trying to satisfy us , they are the best. Last week we leased our first Mazda after having Toyota cars for long time . every one was so helpful, trying to get us the best deal and giving us the Best they can. we came to lease the CX-5 and ending up taking the CX-9 , what a great car ,so commutable to drive , my wife is very happy , we drove an hr to Valencia and it was worth the time , I'm planning to lease my second car there , Thank you team ' Hello Mazda Valencia ' , we appreciate your great service very much .
