Very rude nursing assistant. Some nurses were helpful, but overshadowed by the rudeness of particularly one nurses aide. I’m not sure how a hospital with a 2.8 rating is allowed to stay opened? I wouldn’t eat at a restaurant with a 2.8, how can they be trusted with people’s lives. Beyond frightening!

I came in at noon with a big toenail completely gone, a deep laceration across the nailbed, and a fractured toe bone under the laceration. I sat in the waiting room bleeding into a bag with rags inside that I had put on my foot, so I wouldn't bleed all over the floor, and I had a self dressed electrical tape bandage and tourniquet on my toe, until 6pm when i was treated. So, I mean, for the sheer fact of understaffing and available space, it was absolutely a terrible experience. I was extremely patient for 5 hours after initially being told it would be about an hour probably. After hour 5.5 I was now getting very frustrated and complained about how I've been sitting there for nearly 6 hours waiting to be treated, so they put me in a small room, which was totally fine by me, and a nurse named Wende came on shift at 6pm and took care of me (cleaned and stitched) in about 30 mins or less and she was great. It's just a shame to see this level of short staff and space. My bill is going to be the same huge price whether it took an hour or 8 hours, so while the last thing I wanted to do with my day is visit and burden the emergency room, unfortunately it happened, and for my first time being in this hospital (Orlando Health), it was just ridiculously unacceptable.

Dr.Glenda Nieves, she's just one of a kind. she's very attentive towards me, and likes to get right to the root of my problem, She is definitely one of the greatest Primary Care Doctors I've had..

I went in to the ER at 4am with a fever and turned out I had sepsis. Before I knew I was in the OR being operated on, they wasted no time to save my life. I was afraid of going in at that time because I’ve heard patients fall through the cracks overnight but absolutely everyone was amazing and they took care of me with urgency and compassion. Ended up staying for 6 days and the nurses, doctors and even food service ladies were amazing. They even called me after I was discharged to make sure I was ok and taking my antibiotics as scheduled. I treated everyone with respect and received the same in return. People forget that nurses and doctors risk their lives daily and they don’t get appreciated enough.

They only allowed for one same visitor to sign in and out, the whole time he was there and only during visiting hours.
I believe it was built in the 1960s but as the prior post states, much of it has been completely renovated in the last couple of years.
This is not the hospital website, we simply give ratings of places we've been. You would need to go into the actual St Cloud Regional website.
I am not sure. I would call them tomorrow and ask if they do. I would think that they would. Good luck
No, they do not, however there are pharmacies such as CVS, Walgreens, Winn-Dixie, Walmart & Publix nearby, that do.
Sorry, but I am not a medical professional. You should call the actual hospital or urgent care facility.
