Yes it most definitely is ridiculous that there are only two workers there with many, many people waiting in line.

I've been there several times and only had to wait 30 min. on one of my visits. Definately depends on when you go. Best time for me was after work during the weekdays.

I guess it depends on the time you go. I have been quite a few times and have been in and out within 15 min.
