I returned an equipment on Dec. 13 at the The Oaks location. It took them 40 minutes to figure out how to enter it in the computer system. I was the only one patiently waited while all other customers left without getting any services. I was told that I only needed to bring back one more equipment, but now I received a bill of $224 from Spectrum for three equipment!

We were supposed to have 400 mbps , but always had like 30 . They sent me to collections for the final bill with in a ridiculously short amount of time. Switched to frontier and am usually getting 300-400 mbps for cheaper too! Besides for the bad connection, you really see their true colors when you cancel!!

Went in to set up new internet for a new apartment. Got a box with missing cables. Had to return to the store 2x to get the correct equipment. Then it wasn't explained how to set it up properly, didn't know we had to call to activate, until we called customer support to get help. Whole ordeal was ridiculous. 3 weeks later, unexpectedly we move again.... we transfered service to the new apartment 3 days prior to move in, it's been an additional 2 days since and WE STILL DON'T HAVE INTERNET. They can't send someone out for another week. Working from home is impossible! Thanks spectrum!
