I went to this store to return few extra items that I bought from Agoura store. The girl at the customer counter was very rude, and seemed very annoyed by the fact I was there to return some items. She was scanning each items and literarily throwing them on to the counter. I was wondering if she doesn’t like to deal with customers, why is she at the counter? A good customer service training may be useful for this young woman.

Very nice people and place. Beautiful trees 😍 we brought this guy home with us. Can't wait till next year when we can give him a hair cut!

Unless you are building a home from the ground up, DIY is the best store for all your home improvement and gardening needs. Stores like Home Depot are so crowded and overwhelming with never anyone around to help. In my most recent of visits, a very kind and helpful employee, Tyler E. helped me to find some amazing plants and a fountain. It is people like Tyler with such outstanding customer service that enables DIY to retain me as a customer for life. A+ store and A+ service!

The DIY center is well stocked and plenty of variety to choose from. As far as customer service goes it hard to give if your busy avoiding customers. Not to say there isn't some outstanding employees because there are a couple but the rest are either to young to shallow or just don't care. And with the priced being that of say the Nordstroms of DIY home improvement. One would assume the service would be and its not.

Masks are worn by all employees, markers are on the floor so that people maintain a safe distance while waiting to pay, and the cashiers are also wearing gloves.
Not sure if they carry this item. They are available at Walmart and pharmacies in the local area. Also on Amazon online shppoing.
They do offer mesh, but home repair by a tech is probably not offered
You can get the screen material, spline and tool to push the spline into the groove. A box cutter type utility knife can cut the excess screen off.
Well I don't work there but I was an auditor for a major oil company that was selling graphite oil. I advised him that he was losing $0.25 on each quart and the CEO said he would make it up in volume
Try leslie's pool supplies
Occasionally yes, but I've seen them in the garden center
Chainsaw for larger than 4". Smaller sizes can be cut with hand saw or even a reciprocating saw
