Worst food bank ever... I've been to plenty that will give you one time Grace and help if you don't have all the necessary documents or what have you; my wallet was stolen and my boss shot himself, reducing my income to none and they didn't bat an eye and told me they were calling the cops when I raised my voice and pleaded. "Manna" means "bread from heaven".... bread from heaven my righteous ass!

Yes..Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday...I am not sure the above comment is accurate. I believe they open at 8 AM.

their website noted above should answer all you questions.
Anytime during operating hours is fine, but parking is better on days when food isn't being distributed. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are distribution days.
