Overall as a patient I had a pleasant experience. My doctors and surgeons did amazing. As well as most of the nurses, except for one nurse when I first arrived to my room after being in ICCU ( I believe that’s what it’s called) As a person who had lymph nodes removed, it is important that no blood pressure or IV gets done on my right arm. The hospital placed a red sleeve as soon as I was admitted in order to alert any nurses or doctors. This is a universal protocol. Upon my arriving to my room for the rest of my stay, the nurse asked what the red sleeve was for. My husband and I just looked at each other in shock. And quickly respond to her. But I don’t want this review to over shadow the other amazing work the rest of the nurses did in taking good care of me. They is just to inform the hospital to kindly remind all of their nurses. Thank you

I was impressed with the treatment I received from all of the staff. I was seen by the Dr in the triage room, condition assessed, tests prescribed, registered, with tests (blood draw and CT Scan) administered very quickly and efficiently. Then, as expected, the long arduous wait. After about 7 hours from my arrival the Dr came out to give me her assessment which was that I was to be admission to the hospital for observation. After that everything moved quickly. I was treated with excellent medical attention and professionalism as well as with kindness and respect. This continued throughout my stay. I was released the following day after consultation with the attending physician.

I was treated with great care during my visit at Los Robles! Everyone was professional, great customer service and attentive to my needs. From the security guard admitting me, the Dr. Robert’s, the nurses, x-ray technician, EKG technician and the Administration technician!!!! I will definitely return to Los Robles for my care! I felt accepted and everyone cared about my well-being!!!! Also, Los Robles informed my doctor about my visit, on Monday morning my doctor was calling me to schedule an appointment. This hospital is definitely a 10!!!!😀

Everything was amazing. Super staff, so nice and accommodating. The only thing that could be better was if they had more nurse’s assistants. I was supposed to walk as much as possible with someone with me of course. The nurses and aids were seemingly stretched thin. The nurse assistant we’re running back and forth. I work at this hospital and I know that on a good day we are staffed each aid has 16 patients and that is too much. Every nurse assistant should have 10 patients max so then they have time to go above and beyond the way their caring souls want them to.
