This is the best post office I’ve ever been to in my life. Everyone who works here is so knowledgeable and helpful. The staff are all experts and the mail always gets delivered. Lines are never too bad either. Have only experienced kindness and professionalism. Thank the Lord for this service and station!

I came 15 minutes before closing on Saturday. I waited only 1 min in line. We made Money Order and we send first class email. Lori helped me a lot as I was literally under big stress. Thank you for such great service to everyone working there! You made the rest of my day so positive!!!

The staff is generally very nice and help full with everything you need. I did recently have it an issue where they lost a certified letter with a money order inside. The door tag was left but after that the letter was no longer to be found once arriving at the location. This caused several large issues for me.

Quite possibly the WORST postal office I've ever encountered. For an exurban post office the employees are horrible. The lines in the office itself are usually out the door, the counter employees are belligerent, arrogant, move more slowly than I would ever tolerate from my people. We've had packages disappear routinely. The carriers lie routinely, the supervisors cover up for their carriers routinely. We've lost hundreds of dollars on product that "disappeared" they claim were delivered. We routinely get other people's mail and end up doing their job an ave of 2-3 times per week delivering mail to people on different streets from ours. When you complain they retaliate (had my mail box knocked off the stand by the carrier's truck four times so far in the days following complaints). Unfortunately they've got a monopoly and companies refuse to use UPS or other carriers. So we're stuck.

No. There is no longer passport services at the T.O office. However you can go to the Van Nuys, Oxnard, & Santa Clarita offices where they do still offer that service. Check office for hours. Usually closed on Mondays.
The USPS does do passports however, they no longer provide this service in Simi Valley. Please call the Van Nuys office.
