Last month i contacted customer service and have an entire email chain including pics of incorrect bearings that were sent to our company. After 4/20/22 all communication with customer relations ended even after initial attemps to reach out. Mind you we've been customers since 2018 and have purchased from this company a few times per year.

We needed some new ball bearings for sliding plates on our alignment lift. They were difficult to obtain from the manufacturer, I was able to order them from this company for a fraction of the cost and they shipped very quickly. I would also like to mention that they are rated heavier than the originals and appear to function slightly better.
