I just want to recognize the amazing customer service that Joselyn provided us. She explained everything in detail and took her time to answer all of our questions. She made our customer experience wonderful and she earned T-Mobile a life long customer. We left Verizon after 23 years. We plan on bringing all of our family and friends to T-Mobile and specifically ask for Joselyn R.

The customer service was great! Even though they were about 15 minutes from closing they still helped me! The customer service rep had a great attitude and was very helpful. I'm glad to have read the reviews and that I actually came to this store. I will make this the store I come to for any help in accordance with my services.

I came in to upgrade my new Galaxy S9 and took the S21 and I love it, im glad the worker named Gio was very patient and helpful. Will come back soon

Love the service at this location. I might have the wrong name, but Wendy has always been super helpful. We've visited a couple of times and have always been helped by her. She's knowledge, quick, and super friendly. If it's one thing I appreciate it's whenever employees are not trying to upsell every item in their store. The first time we visited, we were interested in a family plan for five phone lines with unlimited talk/text to Mexico. In less than ten minutes, she went over all of the important details and answered all of our questions. Even though we all had tons of questions, we never felt rushed by her. The location itself is a fairly good size and has plenty of parking. They need a bit more seating inside. If a phone is not on display, I would still ask if it's available. We we're interested in the new Samsung phone which wasn't out on display, so Wendy grabbed one from the back for us to look over. She also offers to transfer your info/files to your new phone. Awesome store with great service!
