So from the front lobby to the kitchen and the entire facility the staff go out of their way to help you feel comfortable. Everyone smiles and are very welcoming. One staff member named Jucil helped me during my screening and all the way through. She went out of her way to answer all my concerns and find me a hygiene item I really needed.

Very good system to keep the participants safe. There's plenty of parking and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Even though I didn't qualify for the study my recruiter made every effort to match me with another study. I will definitely be contacting them again.
